当投票人数到达服务器内全部人的60%的时候即可延长10分钟
一张地图最多延长三次，换图重置
只适用于用mp_timelimit的服务器

This plugin can extend the map time with the ext command
When the number of voters reaches 60% of the total number of people on the server, it can be extended by 10 minutes
A map can be extended up to three times, and the map can be reset
Only applicable to mp_timelimit servers
